Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Ofishial Digital Ltd for use of the Brandblox website, app and related services.
Effective date: 1 November 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Ofishial Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10693890), registered office 86-90 Paul Street, 3rd Floor, London, EC2A 4NE ("Brandblox", "we", "us"). They apply when you use the Brandblox website, app and related services (the "Service").
If you use Brandblox for a business, "you" means that business, and you confirm you can bind it to these terms. Some sections apply differently to consumers (people using Brandblox outside their trade or profession); those are marked Consumers.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over.
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us straight away at hello@brandblox.app if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
3. Free plan
New workspaces get a free trial of every live product. During the trial you can create up to 10 emails and up to 10 content items. The trial ends 30 days after sign-up; for each product, it also ends early once you reach its 10-item limit. After that, you need a paid subscription to create more; everything you've already made stays available. We may change free-plan limits with 30 days' notice. We may close free accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months, after emailing you first.
4. Paid subscriptions
- Brandblox is sold as separate products (such as Content and Emails), each priced per workspace and covering every brand in it, plus a fee for each additional brand. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices for business customers exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Prices shown to consumers include VAT.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal; if you don't agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
- If a payment fails, we'll retry and email you. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, we may suspend paid products until it's paid.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel any product at any time in your account settings. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then won't renew.
Business customers: fees are non-refundable, except where these terms say otherwise or the law requires.
Consumers: you have 14 days from purchasing a subscription to cancel and get a refund. If you ask us to start the Service during those 14 days, we may deduct an amount for the time you've used. This doesn't affect your other legal rights.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Brandblox to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- create or send spam, phishing, malware or deceptive content, including emails that impersonate another brand;
- upload content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative;
- try to access other customers' data, probe or break our security, or overload the Service;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- break the terms of any AI provider or email platform you connect.
You're responsible for the emails and assets you create and for complying with marketing and data protection law (such as PECR and UK GDPR) when you send them through your own email platform.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into Brandblox and everything you create with it, including brand assets, copy, images and emails ("Your Content").
You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process and display Your Content only to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the AI providers and email platforms you connect. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, apart from backups that roll off on our normal schedule.
You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload, including logos, fonts and images. Fonts in particular often have licences that limit use; check them.
Where Your Content includes personal data, we process it on your behalf as your processor, under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms for business customers.
8. Our property
Brandblox, including the software, design, templates, Blox (reusable building blocks), documentation and brand, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Templates and Blox we provide may be used in the emails you create, including after your subscription ends.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them freely without owing you anything.
9. AI and third-party services
- AI features are optional and run on your own API key with OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter or another provider we support. Your use of that provider is under its own terms, and you pay it directly.
- AI output can be inaccurate, generic or similar to other people's output. Review it before you use it; you're responsible for what you publish.
- When you connect an email platform, storage bucket or other service, its own terms apply. We're not responsible for third-party services, their availability or changes they make that affect the integration.
- Integrations marked "coming soon" are not part of the Service until they're released.
10. Availability and changes to the Service
We work to keep Brandblox available and secure, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we'll try to give notice of planned downtime.
We improve Brandblox all the time and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a significant feature of a paid product you use, we'll give you reasonable notice, and you can cancel and get a pro-rata refund for the unused period.
Keep your own copies of important content. You can export your emails at any time.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law.
Business customers:
- The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied terms about quality and fitness for purpose.
- We're not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and £100.
- You'll compensate us for claims brought against us by third parties arising from Your Content or your breach of section 6.
Consumers: we must provide the Service with reasonable care and skill, and as described. If we don't, you may be entitled to have it put right or to a price reduction. We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care, but not for loss that wasn't foreseeable. We don't supply the Service for business use to consumers, so we're not liable to consumers for business losses.
12. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time in settings.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, don't pay, or if we must for legal or security reasons. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you time to fix the problem. We may also stop offering the Service entirely with at least 60 days' notice, and refund any prepaid fees for the period after it ends.
When your account closes, you can export your content for 30 days, after which we delete it as described in our Privacy policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and, for significant changes, email you at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
14. General
- These terms, our Privacy policy and (for business customers) our Data Processing Agreement are the whole agreement between us.
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You can't transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a company that takes over Brandblox, and we'll tell you if we do.
- Nobody else has rights under these terms.
- Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Consumers: if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
